- • We deliver furniture and interior items across Gujarat, including Gandhidham, using reliable shipping partners.
- • Clients will receive a tracking number upon dispatch for easy monitoring of their order’s status.
2. Return Policy
We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Below are our guidelines for returns:
- 1. Unopened Items:
o If the product is returned in its original, unopened packaging, you can return it without incurring any charges.
- 2. Opened Items:
o If the product has been opened but is in good condition, a 15-20% restocking fee will be applied for the return.
- 3. Damaged Items:
o If the item is found to be damaged during delivery, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you. Please inspect the item upon delivery and notify us immediately in case of damage.
- 4. Return Period:
o All returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the item. Returns initiated after this period will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
- • Refunds will be issued through the same method of payment used during the purchase. This may take 15 business days to reflect in your account.
